SiCambiaCon is an independent trade union for healthcare professionals in Italy. SWD developed a digital platform for professional mobility, public competition search and member services, turning fragmented, mostly manual processes into a centralised, automated system available online.

THE NEED
Digitalising healthcare professional mobility
Professional mobility in healthcare was handled manually and in a fragmented way, through word of mouth, hospital notice boards and unstructured channels.
Finding compatible professionals was complex and slow, and information was often incomplete or out of date.
The goal was clear: centralise requests and automatically identify matches, even across different provinces and regions, making it easier to match supply and demand for healthcare professionals.

SWD developed an ERP for SiCambiaCon that organises user information, links professional profile, current workplace and desired destination, and automates the search for compatible mobility opportunities.
