FaiOrdine 2.0: the cloud platform for the digital management of professional bodies
FaiOrdine is SWD Group’s platform for professional bodies and public administrations, chosen by many Italian healthcare professional bodies. Version 2.0 has been redesigned with a Java backend and Angular interface, with nodes on the Italian public administration cloud and a QC1-qualified database, to deliver security, performance and unlimited scalability.

THE NEED

Many professional bodies work with separate tools: the register in one system, payments in another, resolutions in a word processor, communications by certified email and post, documents in local folders. The same data is entered several times, information is hard to find and staff spend time reconciling instead of serving members. On top of this come ever stricter security, accessibility and interoperability requirements for public bodies. FaiOrdine’s goal is to centralise data and processes in a single qualified platform, while the professional body remains the owner and controller of its information.

FaiOrdine 2.0: an ecosystem, not just management software
FaiOrdine 2.0 brings together member records, fees and payments, resolutions and official records, certified email and communications, documents and online services in a single platform. The FAI Ordine service is qualified by ACN at level QC1 (ACN Catalogue entry SA-7340, valid until 18 February 2029), delivered as SaaS with nodes on the Italian public administration cloud and a QC1-qualified database. SWD Group is ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, applying the ISO/IEC 27017 and 27018 guidelines. The architecture scales to professional bodies of any size.

FaiOrdine 2.0 is an evolving system: new modules and services are added over time without disrupting the registrar’s work. Some features are being rolled out progressively.
Member records and register
A single archive with change history, advanced search and filters, custom reports and CSV/XML import/export. The data belongs to the professional body and can be exported in a usable format.
Fees, payments and reconciliation
Annual fee issuing, online payments through pagoPA (QR code, CBILL and the IO app), reminders and reconciliation of payment flows, always tracked and reportable.
Online services for members
Online registration, transfer and removal, data updates, self-certifications, certificates, digital ID card, courses, webinars and general meetings. Login with SPID, CIE and eIDAS.
Resolutions, minutes and official records
Draft resolutions, resolutions and minutes with digital registration and certified email delivery; transparency section with publication and archiving according to the rules.
Mass communications and certified email
SMS, email and certified email with attachments and history per member, push notifications, chat and tickets with the registrar’s office, certified email activation from the body’s website.
Security, logs and access
Dedicated profiles for consultants, DPOs and accountants, logs of changes, logins and OTP authentications, for traceable, GDPR-consistent management.
Registrar's office management
A desk with tasks to process and overdue reminders, member requests, chat, events, document archive and operation logs: the registrar’s office manages everything from one place.
Register of accredited suppliers
Supplier register management: records, documents and expiry dates of accredited suppliers, for traceable, compliant purchasing and contracting.

The professional body is always the data controller; SWD Group acts as data processor. Data can be exported in a usable format (database dump), so the body can use it independently, even outside the platform.
